maybe the minions are also trying to tell The Company something
yes, if I start the activity from calendar view it works correctly, the bug is in the home screen view
YES!!
In Full Body Strength 20 at ~37:30, in the first set of single-leg glute bridges with rotation, the verbal cues are for single-leg glute bridges with reps.
The description for the On Location workout Cirque du Litor tempts us with an offer to try out “world-class Pan au Chocolat.” A native French speaker would be amused by the phonetic English spelling of the French “Pain au Chocolat.”
At least he did not say Croissant au Chocolat.
you and @Heretic had me at “chocolat”, whoever says it and however they spell it
In The Model, during the warm-up, the summary has the times for the first two interval sets reversed. The first set should be 9:30 and the second set 10:00. Funny that today was the eighth time over three years I’ve done the model and this is the first time I’ve noticed this typo. I guess I’ve always been too distracted by the excellent look of this particular Sufferfest gem to read the details!
I just did the model on Tuesday, and I did not notice it.
Hey @Rupert, I realize the pic below is of FB content, so not directly SYSTM but I also see you’re an Admin over there. Any chance of deleting these chats? They always show on the left of the screen on desktop and nobody seems to be using that feature over there anyway. Thanks.
On AC 5 x 30, after the initial warm-up, it says you have 30 seconds to recover, but it’s actually a full minute before the 30 sec MAP effort:
In Sub-Treshold With Surges: 3 x 9, it begins with this screen:
Also, during the under-intervals the Zone indication is Z4, and in the overs it is Z3. Shouldn’t that be the other way around?
Novids updated
NoVid standing start into FTP : 4x2
In the last interval, text on screen says you are into last 30 seconds when there’s 40 seconds still to complete
Up until Stage 5 of the Tour, each stage saved with the stage number in my calendar and uploaded to Strava with the same info, i.e, “Wahoo Tour Stage#1” but Stage 5 only saved in my calendar with the workout names, Cash Register and Burgberg and uploaded to Strava the same way but I’ve noticed that others who have completed Stage 5 and uploaded to Strava that their’s is uploaded with the Tour stage number. More ghosts in the machine.
In Rollercoaster (near the beginning):
“People are sat around on coaches watching you.” - that is not English. “People are siting around on couches watching you” or People have sat down on couches to watch you", or some other phrasing, would be correct.
That is an informal way the English speak in England. It’s not incorrect, it just sounds wrong to North American English speakers.
Well I have read the Economist for about 40 years and I have never seen that expression. I think they should stay away from colloquialisms.
