hi everyone
i purchased a V4 smart kickr today and after i installed the wahoo app and connected the kickr to the app, it doesn’t show any distance, power, etc. only time duration?
i checked the device and it says firmware is 3.5.2
my phone has the latest app but i can’t seem to update the Firmware to the kickr, there is no place for me on the app to update
Can someone please help, thanks in advanced
