I recently completed the NoVid Cadence Builds/Holds/Single Leg Drills and the first single leg power setting was at 50% of my FTP (which made sense to me) while the other leg was set to 75% of FTP … effectively causing the second leg to work at 150% until I could no longer keep the crank turning). This seems very different than other single leg exercises I have done on SYSTM. Is that super high second single leg power setting intentional, or an error?
The other feedback for this session, is that the text for what to do for each interval comes after the interval starts. There is no warning to unclip, etc.
