Im returning from a long term covid infection and starting on a basic fitness cycle program. Ive reset all my setting to zero and completed a few warm up rides.
Ive just tried a ramp test and for some unknow reason its not showing the ramp test profile so abandoned this for now. Is it something to do with reset to zero of my stats?

Yes it has. The ramp is based on your MAP and FTP numbers.
Suggestion: Set them to a level that seems sensible (I dunno, try ~75% of your pre-covid levels), and run it from there. It will then come up with your new numbers.
