how many recovery rides are too many in the off week (2:1)???
I would as a general thought think no more than three. You want that hard work to ‘sink in’ and for your body to totally get ready for the next week (and it can be really intense).

Trust the plan and let your body adapt.I know it’s difficult to hold back but your fitness improves during this adaptation (recovery) week.
Thank you, yes I will trust the plan and I will take advantage of this week to rest a little, prepare myself for the two that follow
