Hi how do I set pool length (for lap swimming) in wahoo rival?

Change your workout to swimming mode, hold the menu (left bottom) button. In the menu you have a “Pool size” setting where you can switch between 25m - 50m - 25yd - 33 1/3m - 33 1/3yd - Custom
