First time doing Suf Idol. I know I should be ashamed. It’s been around long enough. Anyway 3 things

- It’s clear my predominantly outdoors riding over the summer has focussed on threshold and not NM or higher AC. Flipping eck they stung a tad.

When autocorrect improves the situation.
I’m doing SUF Idol tomorrow. In the past I’ve used ERG mode for the 20 and 30 second intervals, and Level for the 10-second intervals. The Kickr takes a few seconds to adjust to the NM/AC power targets hence level mode for the shorter intervals.
SUF app advises Level mode for the whole workout. Is there some devious SUF minion reason for this that I am missing? Thanks
