When the SYSTM name was announced, I started googling random “inspirational” words and went down … ahem… a bit of a rabbit hole, and found a pretty cool one: sisu which is probably very familiar to any people from Finland.

“It is a special thing that is reserved for especially challenging moments. When we feel that we came to the end point of our preconceived capacities. You could say that sisu is energy, determination in the face of adversities that are more demanding than usual”
If you’re one for sticking up phrases in your pain cave for when you’re questioning the very fabric of existence when there’s only 1 minute left of that MAP interval, consider adding this one.
