STEPS and CAL = 0 but on PhoneApp it shows steps and calories
Whats going on ?
@bikerxeady Are you referring to the Wahoo Rival? If so I have seen that from time to time. It infrequently resets the step count but does continue to include total steps on the app. I reported it as a bug a while ago. My recollection was that when I saw that happen it was when the app wasn’t open and I started a walk or the app was just opening - can’t recall the exact details. I would suggest reaching out to Wahoo support if you continue to have issues.
