Any advice on the best way to make progress with the new strength training section?
There are now several sections: core, lower body etc. Is it best to do the first session from each section to progress or work through core then move on and complete the next section?
Any thoughts out there?
I would suggest you find the right Strength Level for you (see the training plans), and they will have the appropriate mix of core, lower body, etc.
I agree – You can add Strength to a Training Plan or you can use a Cross Training Plan and select Strength. Start with Beginner, as the movements may be unfamiliar and new, and then progress from there.
