So after 9 months of Ironman training using 80/20 training method with no FTP increase. I’ve been on Systm for 6 weeks and got a 25 W increase!
… so in another 9 months of using Systm, your FTP should be >200w higher. Is that how it works ?
Well yeah of course, I’ll be disappointed if it isn’t

Much less volume but a lot more intensity.
