This may be a side effect of prolonged home working, but I’ve noticed recently (having been doing the yoga plans since last July) that my right (dominant) shoulder is super painful making side planks and strong arm pose really hard to do. Any suggestions as to cause/solution?
@Carl_Brooks Sorry to hear! Maybe it is time for some rest and also evaluating whether you have the proper ergonomic setup at home, whether you are pushing too hard on yoga or whether your positioning on the bike is compromised. A foam roller or lacrosse ball often can help get into the muscle and sort out the tension. If it is more severe then you probably need some medical attention.
