I have a read several articles confirming the same thing. Time moves more slowly riding indoors.
For myself, I don’t feel like it moves more slowly if I’m riding an on location or simulation route.
But for Suf workouts, often it’s like the clock has broken!
How about you? Do you feel it moves more slowly no matter what the effort is indoors on the trainer?
It’s absolutely for real…
Time flies by when doing a Sufferfest workout. Something is always providing stimulation so there is no chance of getting bored. A steady easy ride however feels like a long time and very difficult to get to the end of the planned time goal.
As long as you don’t get time warped to Couchlandria you will have nothing to worry about.
This means that training is more effective on the indoor trainer, right? RIIIIIIGGHHHT???
