Hi forum - I am new to Wahoo/systm after years on a computrainer that just would not die.
10 rides in and my power reading has arbitrarily just stopped reading in spite of all icons being “green lit”. Anyway, did all the trouble shoot cycles and am “in touch” with support (which appears to be email only).
My Question: is a support response cycle of about 1 x every 24 hrs the acceptable standard here on open issues??
Seems horribly disappointing, but shape me up if I am being a JA?
