I’m using The Wretched video on an iPad and no sound effects are playing. The sound effects setting is enabled. IPad and app has been rebooted. App re installed. No sound effects. Help? I like being yelled at what to do in my suffering misery…

Do other sounds play? Is your pad connected by Bluetooth to some other speaker device? Is the video downloaded or streamed?

Yes music and voices play. Not connected to any speaker. Using the iPad speakers. Video is downloaded. Wifi is turned off. I have had sound effects play before, but they don’t play right now.
Is the volume setting on the sound effects turned up (not just toggled on)?
Where is the setting for sound effects volume? I don’t see any volume controls in the systm app.
Yes, OK. Maybe the slider is only on the PC app
My only other suggestion is to toggle the music button as well
Yea. Tried that too. I put in a support request but hoped others had the issue or solution too.

have you tried deleting the video and streaming it? Or, deleting it and redownloading it?

I will try deleting and reloading. I will test streaming in the house but my pain cave is in the garage where I have no wifi signal. So downloading is needed.

Understood. I imagine if the sound effects work when streaming that the download should work too but worth trying regardless. Good luck.
Congrats to @Glen.Coutts . He is the winner. I deleted the downloaded The Wretched video. Streaming The Wretched over Wifi, the sound effects work. Redownloaded the Wretched video. Turned off Wifi. Played the downloaded version of The Wretched. Now the sound effects work. I will now be pinging you directly for all of my Systm/wahoo/sufferfest problems. Lucky you. Thanks to everyone.
