My post stage one beverage. No local backstory;I haven’t had the time to brew my own my ales in over a year, and had to grab something quickly to take to a friend’s awhile back. It’s nothing to rave about, but by the time Revolver was done anything would do.

Ooooh, like it @Isa! Whenever I see a “Canadian” ale, though, I always wonder what makes it “Canadian”? Though are Great Western Brewing in any way affiliated w Great Western Malting? Because I use the heck out of their malts whenever I can - love the Canadian malts!

My default definition of Canadian is “made in Canada” ha.
So I have made a lot of Canadian brown ales myself
