My fellow rookies, what did you enjoy about today’s stage, and what caught you out?
My heart rate jumped a zone when the “pause” screen came on. 
I really enjoyed the theater of the middle effort on cobbler. Well done. My power was all over the place for the last 5 minutes of the 3rd effort. I was trying to keep the cranks turning and hold that wheel. I might pay for that in the coming days.
This stage suits my strengths right now, so I quite enjoyed it. I need to find a way to get through the intensity of the next two days, and a podium just might be in my sights.
