If I can figure out timing, that could happen…
The first and only other time I’d done this I made a note to “bring your A game, you’ll need it”. Still accurate today.
Gun show for Cap’n Sir @CPT_A It’s all I got
And outtakes:
Lemme guess, “it” was also doing like 1 W/Kg less than you and yet you still can’t seem to close the gap. Hate those bots that taunt you like that.
You’re the best Sir G!!!
It has been decided. I am hoping there will not be much regret!
I’m something
So I am hopelessly waiting for the damn workout to re connect to the server, it stopped with 40seconds left on the last interval…, I lost vidoe about 5 times so far
I assure you I probably will not have too much regret, and in the end I believe you will not really have any.
Admittedly there wasn’t regret AFTER riding with the goat suit. Only during
When you think about the good you are doing, I think all the regret will vanish.
An awe-inspiring sight, sir!
RIGHT?
You mean awwww.
What’s this talk of doing the stages on RGT? How does it work? Inquiring minds want to know. But explain it to me like I’m in fifth grade (or was it sixth grade? Never can quote that line quite right).
@Jeffrey See the first post here:
Hey Everyone, I hope the final prep is coming together for the Wahooligan Tour starting on Sunday! As we get closer to the start line, we are going to have a few different things happening as well as places to congregate during the Tour: The RGT Riding village. Use this road to warm-up, cool down or do some additional riding during the tour and use voice chat to talk to your fellow Wahooligan Tour riders and talk about your experiences on the road this year Ride your SYSTM workouts on RGT …

I’ve done it a few times with SYSTM running on MacOS and RGT on AppleTV, but apparently it can be done with one computer… I haven’t tried to do that yet and I don’t want to introduce any complications mid-Tour.
That is another day done. The over-unders were really tough for me, felt like Neal kept on adding a yellow bar each time an over finished.
Face of the day:
@CPT_A , Thank you very much Sir.
That means: Doing a workout and overlaying it on top of Milan Sanremo on GCN next Saturday.
Oh wait, that is the Stelvio Day, on RGT.
Seams like the amount of screens used for indoor cycling correlates to the same equation to calculate the correct amount of bikes: n+1
That was a tough one! All I kept doing during the workout was keep fixating on that last HUGE yellow bar at the end. So sweet to be able to justify the fritter. Mental trick from The Bat!

Likely true!

Yes, you can definitely work it off two devices - I frequently run SYSTM on my phone or tablet if I’m using my laptop for something else. But for the all-in-one, a la @DameLisa, you have to use a computer. Boot up both RGT and SYSTM on the computer, using the control settings as referenced in the article to ensure SYSTM is controlling the power, and then use the float/window setting in SYSTM to give you the overlay, which I then move to the bottom of the RGT screen. You’ll ride your SYSTM workout, and the power/cadence/HR generated there (if your BT and trainer can handle the multiple inputs) will push you up the road in the RGT workout.
A few of the knights have mentioned this for Stage 7 (believe kudos to @Glen.Coutts and @DameLisa for the idea). The idea I heard and liked is to ride Stage 7 in SYSTM, but up Stelvio in RGT. Then when the SYSTM workout ends, I will complete the Stelvio ride in RGT as a Stage 7b.
Though I think Sir @Glen.Coutts meant he was actually going to ride Stelvio in RGT AFTER Stage 7 which - given the relatively low TSS for this year’s event - could be a “good” idea for the true Sufferlandrians in the field.
