Timeout when downloading .fit file

I have been using SYSTM in Windows for several year and always have the program email a .fit file of the workout to me. Clicking on the link in the email would open a browser window and then the file would be saved to my default download folder.

Over the last two days, I have gotten a timeout error when doing this, see screen shot below, and the file has not downloaded.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Strangely, I can email the activity from the Wahoo app and it opens without problem.

I too experienced this on Friday. Did not bother trying to download from the App, because I dual-record on a Garmin so had detailed data.

Going to the App and having the file emailed also worked for me. Thanks for including a solution along with the problem!

Hopefully the issue is fixed today, I’ll find out after a few more cups of coffee…
