TOS Stage 3 - OPEN! - Official Thread

Such an inspiring video with great shots of Lizzie Deignen and the other great riders of the women’s peloton. was really feeling the fatigue today. On the nuclear plan so far but the fallout… One of my goals for the Tour is to at least start and end each stage at 100%. After stages 1 and 2 at 100%, I took the middle two intervals today at 85% but still did the first and last at 100%. Trying to save a little in the legs to tackle Norway at the full 100%!

I’m completely the opposite. Anything over 95 RPM for longer that 15 seconds is Hell. I can do low cadence all day. I figure that’s my weightlifting background coming through.

I normally am good at fight club but today felt bad, especially sections 1-4.
5 wasn’t so bad because I knew I was almost done and could finish it. I had my Covid shot yesterday and I’m wondering if that had something to do with it. My trainer setup is in the bedroom and I kept looking at the bed. I think there was a force field emanating from it that was trying to suck me over there and make me crawl under the down comforter and go to sleep.
