I will be embarking on this one after work today. Hitting FC before work yesterday in the hopes that a glorious extra 8hrs of non riding today will leave me at least somewhat fresh for the easy half.

Another day full of workouts I’ve never experienced. Definitely cool to have a yin and yang on the same day. The sprints of HIE gets my heart up there. The low cadence of goat really allowed to enjoy the scenery!
