I had been wondering if/how I could use the tour in a build up to attempting the Knighthood. Will be interesting to see how the prep plan compares to the kh one, but I imagine I’d need a few weeks after the tour to get some more back to back rides in training? Or would it be sufficient to give it a shot straight after the tour, with a recovery week in between? What do guys think?
I’ve used Sufferfest on and off for nearly nine years but still yet to do either a tour or knighthood. About time I pulled my finger out really…

As it is said and so it is written and so it must be done. My 2 cents for now, take a day or two off (easy spinning recovery rides or recharger) then do the FF prep week plan (replacing FF with your quest). Then, of course:
There’s also a Knighthood quest planning committee page on FB and a number of threads on questing in the forums. Loads of advice and suggestions from those that have approached the gates. #itwillallbefine#tuhntf
