Training plan choice

I am wondering about the TT plan or power builder. what would be the pros and cons of choosing one over the other, I would guess the aims would be identical

Hi @alchurch-The big difference here is that the power builder plan is 6 weeks and the TT plans are 12 weeks. If you have the time i would recommend the one of the TT plans as it will allow you to develop more well rounded fitness over a longer period. I hope this helps.
