Hi there, my 14 year old son was a super talented local MTB champion, but time has moved on and school is more of a challenge and ice hockey is his current passion. I try to keep him interested in riding, partly in the hopes that he will come back to bike racing, but also to help him build fitness and strength for his ice hockey. I was fascinated to hear on the podcast of the experience of @Coach.Neal.H in training hockey players. He could really use a platform like SYSTM to systematise his training, but it does not seem to support users under the age of 18. He also has ADHD so consistency is a problem, hence the need for structure… Any tips gratefully received.
