Violator Form

I did Violator for the first time today. The first 2 sets went ok, but the last set went something like this:

  1. Gun goes off
  2. Stand up and flail around on the bike
  3. Collapse back down on saddle
  4. Oh crap … is that the gun again?
  5. Repeat

Does anybody manage to maintain good form at the end of Violator?

If by “end of Violator” you mean after all the sprinting is done…and if by “good form” you mean curled up in a ball lying in a pool of holy water mumbling incomprehensibly, then 100%

Generally i lose track of whether i am meant to be spinning (flailing) or resting. Just a blur of delightful misery and suffering.
