Holy moly, that was grim! Even with an extra 2 minutes rest to sort a contact lens issue, that nearly killed me!

I had to do Violator today with all efforts seated. I never wondered, but today I realized there is actually no video footage during the second set of sprints. It’s just a blurry picture of my stem.
