Firstly, your thr value and zones look wrong, way too low. Your threshold heart rate would be based on a fitness test, but you can set it to something like the average heart rate for what you’d be able to sustain your best effort over a 5k run or 30 mins on the bike. Then auto calculate button will properly populate the zone numbers.
Then you also have min fan speed set to 211 bpm, which is extremely high. These two numbers should be more like top of zone 1 and top of zone 4, which would mean the fan kicks in when you transition from zone 1 to 2, and it will be max when you transition to zone 5.
@Waxi My Z2 HR tops out in the 130s. I have my fan set to come on at 105bpm and then goes to max at around 140bpm.
I have found that if you don’t start cooling early you can get too hot once you are through the warm-up. Sometimes I can be too cool early in the workout with those settings and may have a shirt on during that time but things are optimal once I get into the main workout.
Experiment and figure out what works best for you.
