January Kickstart is a training-focused challenge designed to help you rebuild cadence, control, and confidence, while adding just enough motivation to feel like you’re moving forward.

The 4 Workouts

Complete all four of the workouts below by January 31 to earn your January Kickstart badge:

  • Cadence Builds: Reconnect with leg speed and smooth pedaling through progressive cadence work. A perfect reset after the holidays.

  • Half Is Easy: A Sufferfest classic that blends short efforts with mindset coaching to re-ignite motivation and focus.

  • Côte Vermeille: Train endurance and pacing while riding the stunning coastal roads of southern France. Scenic, steady, and satisfying.

  • Tour Down Under 4: Join Australian National Road Champion Nicole Frain for the final showdown of the Santos Tour Down Under. Fast, flat, and race-ready.

Just rode Cadence Builds after spending the festive season in Zufferlandria.

At least now we have a video to accompany the workout, and although it’s just bashing along inside the peleton, the tracklisting is sublime… I wonder if any of the Minions @Helga have a copy of it?

Also, the Speed Demon of Sufferlandria sections with the trumpety music is fabbo!
