Complete all four of the workouts below by January 31 to earn your January Kickstart badge:

Half Is Easy: A Sufferfest classic that blends short efforts with mindset coaching to re-ignite motivation and focus.

Côte Vermeille: Train endurance and pacing while riding the stunning coastal roads of southern France. Scenic, steady, and satisfying.

Tour Down Under 4: Join Australian National Road Champion Nicole Frain for the final showdown of the Santos Tour Down Under. Fast, flat, and race-ready.
