I was already prepping for Full Frontal this Sunday. The prep plan has me doing Cadence Builds today 12/31. @Rupert.H, if I do the remastered version today, will it count toward the January Challenge?

Hey Sir Rupert,
Please check the link for downloading the January Challenge training plan - Add Training Plan. It wasn’t working for me. Clicking took me to a Page Not Found message.

Nice! Thanks, Sir Rupert, and others involved, for keeping these challenges going!

I’m in the middle of a MAP block right now that I started after finishing the Sep-Dec challenge the second week of December, so it will be interesting to see if I can push my test value for MAP up a bit.

Hoping that we’ll get a tour prep plan after this challenge. I’ve always felt better to have one of those before launching into the tour.

And has anyone noticed lots of new Yoga videos and an inspiration one too?

January madness!

Sorry, are we saying that FF now has a video?!

Why I am a Sufferlandrian: to have fun!

Haha. FF has always had a video. Although to be fair, there are two 5 second sections and one each of a 5 minute, 20 minute and 1 minute section I can’t 100% vouch for. I mean it wasn’t that long ago that I discovered the sprint efforts are accompanied by bagpipes :joy:

@Rupert.H is this the new sufferfest content that was teased recently or can we still expect new sufferfest workouts?

Great! Can I ask what the remastering involves? Is this new video footage / music?

I did Who Dares this morning. It seemed like same music but new footage for that one.

:joy: It’s a while since my last…

RIGHT!? Who Dares is a real challenge when one is fresh and rested and one is definately not “fresh” after FF!

@RichieS FF has always had video and music. Half Monty is a No-Video with just on screen cues.

@sir_james.p I was wondering the same thing….”Is the new Sufferfest content that was recently teased just current Sufferfest content that has been remastered?”

I am looking forward to the two new Yoga routines :man_in_lotus_position:

IMHO, I think that Half Monty should be an option for the Fitness Test. JMHTCW

Well, it does say, in the fine print, that you don’t have to do it all in a row like it’s laid out.

That is true @Glen.Coutts however, if this was the TOS and we had AVDP followed by Violator, we just suck it up and SUF!

Also true, Sir @Eric. Like in the before times during the 2015 ToS Stage 8: Revolver+Violator+HIE. Or, 2016’s ToS Stage 9: Power Station+Violator. 2016 was the last year it was Violator+ anything but 2017 almost made up for that with Stage 8: Revolver+RIE+HIE (I still have PToSD from that)

In any case, this month’s challenge is more a badge hunt than an actual benchmark fitness training/prep plan despite the marketing.
