Just wanted to know if many other people on the forum are having issues with being unable to sync large files. I’ve raised a support ticket and wahoo have responded it’s a know. Issue and now with their developers to resolve. I also note you cannot access fit files from the device after a recent update.
I found a feature in the Wahoo App for export to Email. Can’t remember exactly where in the menus. Komoot already ticked since this is my linked planning app
After ticking email, Wahoo app didnt request an entry for address, so it must use default for profile. Some time later Wahoo sent email with FIT attached for last ride.
Thanks for the suggestion, but when I press ‘sharing’ it just shows the current apps that are synchronized with wahoo like Strava, and email is not shown as an option.
Hi @Gideon64
Try accessing you activity via „history“ (progress) or your „calendar“. Hit the bar, not the three dots. Then a new windownopens with the activity. There are three dot horizontally alligned.
Pressing these, „share“ appears. Now it should offer E-Mail and connected apps.
In „history beta“ it does not seam to work.
Hi,
Check you have latest Wahoo app version.
Also, on the start page of Wahoo app select the top right bell icon. Then under notifications I have email push notifications enabled. Maybe that allows email option to show.
I got FIT file this morning , running latest Roam 3 WH47. They killed delivert of FIT file to export directory on Roam 3 late July.
Since July update my Roam has a long delay, 10 to 15 sec on radar and data field, progressively worse after 20 miles.
