Wahoo SYSTM Fun Poll >>> if you had to pick one

The Shovel!

What on earth would bring a mad/happy smile on your face at 1 am whistling along to “Blow It Away - The Green Duck”.
The workout is prefect to blow off some steam and energize yourself. Get your head out of everything. Not too long, not too hard just perfection.
Thank you for the gem and lot’s of other fun workouts!

Team Scream.
It really is a tough workout but the involvement pays out big style as you push push push to the line.

After that Attacker for motivation. I love the way the sound is moved to provide motivation.

And the Bat is a great workout and great mental exercise too.

To Get To The Other Side…. Who doesn’t like a solid bit of tempo with Sir Mike Cotty?

Amazing scenery too.

I will also include all of the On Location rides.

Oh, also… Defender and Attacker B2B.

Also… Hell Hath No Fury.

We could be here all night!

HHNF for me. Has everything I need. The two 20min FTP and then the time trial ! Great for pacing and testing myself! If l’m not wasted after this session then it’s time for FF.

My vote also goes to Hell Hath No Fury - great way to do the classic 2 * 20 minute FTP workout, good story line, great race footage.

In close second place (tied) is Nine Hammers - a classic, painful workout; and Team Scream - so immersive with the onboard footage, and the sensation of what it would be like to be in a professional TTT.

Well it’s so hard to pick a favorite. I love ISLAGIATT, Angels, AVDP, HHNF… so many to choose from!

I dread Toolshed and The Shovel and Violator.

Nine Hammers is a litmus test for my progress.

The Hunted is a sentimental one for me which I last rode in commemoration of Cody, my late maltipoo.

But if times ridden is an indicator of my favorite, that goes to TGTTOS which I’ve ridden 21 times.

I had to google-translate Chapeau…and when I saw what it meant, it made me smile! I am slowly learning French and my current lesson has introduced the word for go. Allez! That one’s easy to remember because of the Tour.
