This or an option to add another workout on top of the one that was just completed without needing to save and then go in and add another workout… I like to double up or triple up if I am still feeling fresh but I dont really care for it to be split up in Strava or have to go through to trouble of hunting another workout down

Thanks for all the work you do, and thanks for opening up this thread for feedback.

Here is a small UX issue that I run into often enough for it to be annoying: I use the macOS app, have a Wahoo TICKR hr-monitor that works over BT, and take my garmin power and speed sensor readings of ANT+ using a Garmin ANT+ USB dongle. Most of the time this setup just works, but every now and then I for example forget to turn off the garmin app, or something else makes the sensors not come online when I start the workout. The only remedy in this situation is to “Finish Workout” and start over. And now comes my issue: after finishing the workout I’m dropped into the calender view - makes sense if you have completed (or at least started) the workout (same problem existed in the SUF app, but you ended up somewhere else after finishing the workout IIRC). But in this case the only reason to finish the workout was so that I can restart it again and unless it was planned (and thus is on the calendar) I have to find my workout… Lots of scrolling and clicking just to get back to where I was, very frustrating when all you want to do is to jump up on the bike and go…

There are of course lots of different solutions, would be nice if I could make sure all the sensors are working before I start a workout, but perhaps a somewhat quick fix could be that if you “Finish Workout” without having started it, plus you choose “Delete workout” you actually get back to the Workout screen. Or, how about: if you “Finish Workout” without having started it you are given an option “Restart” the workout (i.e. not Resume, but “Restart” so that the sensors are re-scanned).

As I said, minor annoyance, but it has happened more than once that I spend some time finding a workout I want to do, start it up, run into this problem, and then forget what the name of the workout was (goldfish memory:) I guess another solution (that I just thought of after writing all of this:) now that we have the nice new calendar, is to put it on the calendar before I start it…

Thanks!
