Wattbike - Pedalling Efficiency Score - Additional Training and Uses?

I’m off to the newly reopened gym tonight, and thought i would use the opportunity to have a go on the wattbikes they have there. i do all my sufferfest sessions on my own bike on the Tacx Neo OG, and have no problem’s with it at all. i don’t really want to an additional hard session (as this will be training on top of my standard training plan) therefore i just want to focus on technique.

does anyone who uses a wattbike have any sessions (non-sufferfest) that specifically focus on technique and PES? i don’t want to be too mashed for my Sufferfest sessions midweek, so this is really about drills / cadence / using the unique wattbike capabilities…
