What's next for Systm?

It’s been a great few years and becoming a knight was a day I’ll never forget but time to move on. I’ll still have an account that I can pick up again if I ever choose to do so.

Agree fully, continuous AI adjustments is the way to go I tried athletica.ai all of last year and found it very good. Using TrainerRoad this year and it’s also very good. Light years ahead of SYSTM in terms of training adaptation. Use YouTube for the entertainment while doing the sessions. Occasionally I’ll dip into SYSTM and use a workout that matches what’s in the plan. After all these years some how I can’t cancel SYSTM thou.

Did you/have you tried Humango with the Systm integration? I did and it left a lot to be desired imo.

I may keep it for the yoga and mobility and yeah, so the odd SUF if it matches a TR planned workout.

Anyone notice that latest Wahoo app update now includes a “how did you find this workout” (easy to super hard”) question?

Here’s hoping for a refined recommendations algorithm…

Not surprising but what goes around, comes around as they say. Even back in the before times, after 4DP had already been around for awhile, the SUF Scientists were BIG fans of using rate of perceived exertion RPE. There’s a great little podcast on it

Any chance of these lovely podcast nuggets coming back @Coach.Mac.C ?

I did a workout this morning and did not get that question. When does it come up? Maybe I missed it.

It’s not in the Systm app but the Wahoo one under history/activities - so no, not very visible.

Thanks. I found it and then went to the “home” section on SYSTM and could add it there as well. Would be best if it came up right after the workout, just after you hit save.
