Gutted, so far on Sunday I lost The Chores, Tuesday, Provence: Luberon, Wednesday The Holy Week. I know I did them, 'cos my legs are telling me so.
I did an update to Systm on my iPad yesterday before The Holy week and started the workout and ended it after a minute to test it synced and uploaded. It did. But when I did the full workout, it didn’t sync!! I forgot to save and sync immediately and came back to it about half an hour later. Hit save and it didn’t sync.
I’m going to do some problem solving when I get home from work before I do Tasmania: Cygnet Coast Road. Check iOS is updated, check enough memory etc.
Question: If I download the workout, I am assuming that not only the workout video etc is downloaded, but the full data file from the completed workout will be saved locally to the iPad and therefore I am less likely to lose data? And could possible recover the .fit file if there were problems.
