I am a few weeks ago I loaded strength and yoga into my empty diary . I have now added a tempo block, opting out of adding the additional Y&S.as I was already doing it.
It struck me that the workouts downloaded into the diary would reflect no S&Y even though I am doing it .Need this be a concern?
@alchurch You could have issues with a more intense workout pairing with a strength session and you could also be increasing your overall intensity.
