Hi just bought a Wahoo kilts so. I am 75 and do a couple of group rides per week of about 30 miles. I’d like to get fitter this winter with hours and hours of boring indoor rides.
Where do I start?

Welcome to the forum. If you bought a Kickr it should come with some weeks SYSTM for free. One approach would be to go to “Plans” and choose one of the “Explore SYSTM” plans. Assuming that you don’t know your FTP, you can use level mode and use rate of perceived exertion (RPE) to determine how hard of an effort you want to do for a given segment. At some point you will want to do either half Monty or Full Frontal to get some power numbers. I would try a few different types of workouts such as SUF, On Location, Pro Rides, etc. have fun with it.
Thanks very much. I think I’ve found out how to get started. Planning to do my first work out this morning
Welcome to the forum!
Everyone’s tastes will differ of course, but for myself I prefer Sufferfest workouts for any kind of actual workout, on location for climbing targets(and when I’m up for learning about said location) , and when I aim for a recovery ride I will choose an inspiration video.
Have fun!
What did you pick for your first workout? Welcome!
