Advanced road plan or 100 GG?

So I am going to start one of these Monday. I have done both before in past years with pretty good results. Any tips on one vs. the other? I would probably like to work on my MAP and I kinda had the impression that the GG plan has a bit less high intensity training , maybe in order to allow time/energy for the endurance miles on the weekends. Or am I wrong?
