Mixed it up a bit today with Mobilise and Activate I.
More about prep and a little less about recovery. We’ll see how that turns out later
Well after thinking my back was finally close to being sorted, ping!!! I’d say back to square one, but actually today is the worst it has been!
So genuinely had no choice but to just do a breathing one today. Hoping its just a spasm and it’ll ease over night!
Continuing my theme of mixing it up a bit, Upper Body Strength today
I did another one from Yoga15 tonight, Lower Back Therapy. I had a suspicion it might be the same one as Loosen Your Lower Back and indeed it was
Another one from Abi 's site today, Full Body Stretch. Really good routine!! Had a long stretch (pun intended) of sitting on your shins before going into half reclining hero which made it a little less atrocious and I would almost say one side was passable…

Rounded off the challenge with Loosen Your Neck And Shoulders!
Will start a new September challenge tomorrow, going to see about following one of the plans from Abi’s site I think…
Good job all those who managed all the days. Pleased to say I managed and finished off with Improving Posture I.
Hopefully back on the yoga streak train now. Will focus on strength for the coming weeks.

@Pierre good so far! Back probably isn’t 100% but I’d say just a bit of residual stiffness now to work through.
Still going Ng with the yoga still been weaving in some from Abi’s site to mix things up a bit.
Are you still on it?
I’m doing two or three sessions a week whenever my training plan schedules it. Otherwise I concentrate exclusively on stretching my hip flexors every day. It’s a recommendation I got from my osteopath at the beginning of this month.
