All Days of August Day 18 and another from the Yoga15 site, Shoulder Stability. Feeling like I’m getting back into my yoga groove again now as I’m a bit more flowy :slight_smile:

Somehow, it happened: A hole in my yoga sessions with SUF.

I thought I was logging something every day, yet, there it was, a gap between August 10th & 12th.

There it is.

Just look at it.

So, I have failed. I may as well go get a dozen doughnuts and throw a pity party for myself.

But I won’t do that. No, instead I’ll just get back to it, continuing on as though that hiccup on August 11th didn’t happen (even though I know better) maintaining better habits for better form for better Suffering. Because that’s what I do. That’s what we do, Sufferlandrians.

(Though, just one doughnut wouldn’t hurt, would it?)

Just a quick breathing routine today as we’re hitting the road when I finish work and not sure if I’ll have time when we get there to do a video.

Was nice to chill in the middle of a work day :slight_smile:

Also a breathing session (just before bed). Went through some suf strength and Open 30 active recovery first.

Hamstring and Calf Flexibility today, after a gentle 10km. We’ll see how the legs are tomorrow …

I just had to squeeze in breathing again. Second “pass” for the week used so will get back on to normal business tomorrow and Sunday :slight_smile:

Loosen your lower back for me this evening.

Battled my way through a windy 90km ride this morning. Really felt it in my back in last few km.

Day 26 in the bag with Shake Off The Day. It’s been really tricky this week not being at home. But determined to see out the month. The plan for me after that will be to follow one of the programs on Yoga 15 for a bit of variety!
