100% agree with you there. Rebrand smacks of commercial cash-in. Sorry I guess you don’t want to hear that. But you drew us in with the edgy insulting crazy suffering theme. Like so many ventures that become victims of their own success, you forget what it started as, what you were about and you dilute yourselves in pursuit of $$.

Hey, it’s your business model, so you can do what you like with it. But we’ve sadly lost something unique and distinctive from the world of cycling. And you’ve lost me.

It’s been good.

Glad I still have all my paid for Sufferfest original video files. I’ll keep it real.

So far I’ve had a 25% success rate in updating my four Apple devices. :unamused:

what does clicking the three dot … menu bring up for you?

If it’s Android then downloads aren’t available there yet

I was expecting something to compete againts TR’s adaptive training but so far it seems like an only cosmetic update. Let’s wait and see if there are any future upgrades…

After trying to sort out my calendar, deleting, re-adding… it seems the training plans don’t have the same workouts.

I was in the middle of the All Purpose training plan, supposed to do Cobbler today, after deleting and re-adding… Cobbler is nowhere to be seen in the All Purpose training plan.

Edit: I was partly wrong - music won’t play with a novid workout; it still plays on workouts with a video if you turn off the video and sound effects

I can’t get any videos to play on my mobile or my tablet. I only get video errors. No way to download them either (which was the pc workaround)

I have been with you since the early days when you were a guerilla outfit using unlicensed content! We’ve come a long way and I look forward to continuing the journey with you.

After completing a ride today, the upload to Strava was the same as usual, but it doesn’t include a pic. Maybe I’m a nitpicker, but it adds to the effort if people see the pain you put yourself through with the power-graph. Is it incidental the picture didn’t upload, or is this disabled?

Likewise, I used downloaded videos on the Windows app to compensate for “buffering” errors and had been waiting for the Android version to use on my phone whilst travelling. Whilst I can download on the Windows app, there’s no way of filtering on whether something has been downloaded or not, which was very easy to see in the previous release.

ahh, gotcha. Sorry for misleading the OP. Hang in there though, I’m sure it’ll come.

Does anyone know if there is a scroll-bar in the windows app? I can seem to scroll using the mouse, but there does not seem to be a visual indication (e.g. < > symbols or scroll bar) in the calendar or library.

@Sir_Brian_M
I finally got my calendar back on track. It only took me wasting over an hour of my day deleting my training plan, re-adding the training plan with a different start/end date… not correct, delete training plan, add training plan with different start/end date… not correct, delete training plan, add training plan with different start/end date until I got everything back on track.

The calendar is a total disaster. I won’t have the patience to do this repeatedly down the line when my training plan gets disrupted again by life.

Prior post said that the iOS/iPad OS updates would happen automatically.
It hasn’t. And in fact I am seeing a completely differently named App on the App Store available for download.

Why not just post D/L links for all the versions, prominently in this post?

More features that haven’t been brought over from the old app: t

  • the ability to see your ‘records’, and which workout it happened on.
  • a list of which workouts have been done, and how many times
    • useful to recommend to friends which are memorable – (know the name but not repeated often)
    • …and which you find most useful (repeated many times)

We’ll see.

Still missing the colors, though.

GRO.

I understand what you’re saying but I don’t really agree and I actually can think of a better name, Trainer Road.
