Has anyone ordered from Canada? Thereโs so little information on the web site that I fear I might end up paying 2.5 times the price in CAD$ to get it in my handsโฆ
Iโve emailed Cuore, but I suspect theyโll not be able to answer most of my tax/shipping/handling/duty cost questionsโฆ

Wow, well, that was unexpected! I received a reply in less than 10 minutes!
Hereโs their reply:
Hello Robert,
Thanks for reaching out and happy to help. The shop is going to be in US Dollars for you since you are located in Canada. Other than the local taxes GST/PST/HST depending on your province you will not need to pay any additional duties, import etc. since we are registered as a company in Canada and take care of all that. Shipping is a flat $18 for all orders to the USA and Canada regardless of your exact location.
I think Iโll be ordering a new SUF(ferfest) kit!

Now before I say this, Iโm not an expert in any of this. So we could do with finding out first officially.
I think we can be sent stuff from Canada as we already have an agreement with Canada.
Which presumably means we pay tax at source as we should and then donโt have to pay it again.
But how we find that out is another thing.

Ok, final conversations had with Cuore yesterday and Iโve had last years and this years stuff refunded (theyโve been reasonably quick with the refunds and they arrived in my account today).
Iโve provided them with some info on other EU companies who are shipping normally when ordering direct (that just means theyโve gone through whatever hoops are needed to account fir cross border VAT I think) - hopefully one day the whole โordering EU/UK thing will be added by Cuore (and the hundreds of other companies with the same issue - itโs not just Cuore - as they I think have to set up accounts and stuff to pay VAT)
Maybe next year โฆ so sad 
Didnโt even get the wahoo kit never mind the SUF kit.

Has anyone in the USA received their ordered kit yet? Iโm right on the edge of 6 weeks post order and have not heard anything from Cuore yet.

Nope. Still waiting. Order e-mail says that we should receive an e-mail confirmation when it ships. When I check the status it still says โProcessingโ.

I sent them a query back in January whether they had a VAT agreement with Norway or not (a lot of european online shops do), or if local VAT is subtracted, and to know if customs and handling fees come on top (which they donโt with an agreement). Still no answer, and I am a bit reluctant to risk paying $200+ for a $129 jersey no matter how cool it is.

Yeah @Magnito - this world trade thing seems to be a right pest. They were pretty good at replying on the UK thing - which to begin with was โdonโt know, weโre looking at itโ followed by (paraphrasing) we wonโt ship to the UK as if we do youโll be paying our EU VAT, UK VAT, UK customs, UK handling.
Same as you - once thereโs an agreement in place, then it all just gets delivered duty paid.
SOme EU companies have that in place, but it appears many are not willing to/unable to at this stage
