Mostly correct. Rupert is now in charge of content at wahoo. I don’t think Coach Andy is still connected with wahoo but I could be wrong. Some of the ex-coaches are still providing customized training plans through TrainingPeaks utilizing SYSTM workouts on their own.

well, if coach Andy is still with The Company, he isn’t active on the forums and they haven’t disconnected his account.
