Best yoga sessions for IT band stretching and maintenance?

Does anyone know the titles offhand of some specific yoga sessions with good poses for IT band stretching and or maintenance?

Started having some knee pain after a long DIY home repair yesterday and I think time on my knees exacerbated a really tight IT band. Have tried foam roller but would like to get using a specific yoga session for this, if you can suggest one.

Ps vintage SUF not happening this weekend now. whimper

Didn’t expect to give back a part answer, but I’ve found this on Abi’s site:

I tried Stretch out your legs, but it didn’t contain all these poses. So I’ll Keep trying until I find a session that does and keep it my rotation.
