Does anyone know the titles offhand of some specific yoga sessions with good poses for IT band stretching and or maintenance?
Started having some knee pain after a long DIY home repair yesterday and I think time on my knees exacerbated a really tight IT band. Have tried foam roller but would like to get using a specific yoga session for this, if you can suggest one.

I tried Stretch out your legs, but it didn’t contain all these poses. So I’ll Keep trying until I find a session that does and keep it my rotation.
