Same problem here. I have a Polar H9, a Polar H10, and a Wahoo TICKR fit. I’ve used all of them with the Wahoo SYSTM app running on Windows (multiple versions), as well as with Wahoo ELEMNT and Roam head units. All of a sudden, none of the HRMs work, or work intermittently, with the app or the Roam (the ELMNT no longer holds a sufficient battery charge so I replaced it with the Roam).
@rrbegin5454 When you finish a workout do you remove the sensor from the strap and dry it? Do you wash your straps? Have you recently started using headphones or some other BT or WiFi device near your pain cave? Do you replace your batteries with “bitter” batteries? Those are all things that I focus on when I have HRM problems. I have been turning off my Kickr and Headwind in the pain cave in case the sensor continues to keep connecting post workout and drawing down the battery. I have managed to get the Wahoo Ticker to work fairly consistently but still am having problems with the H10.
The problem appears to have been that the HRMs were connecting to my iPhone, which recognizes and connects to other BT devices faster that the SYSTM app. Turning BT off on my phone before I fire up the SYSTM app seems to have solved the problem.
