WAY TO CRUSH IT Sir Stuart. LEGEND!

Way to give the last stage a kick. I look forward to National Day…and I’ll be riding 95 miles the next weekend over six or so hours.

I’m not sure I would go as far as to say “looking forward to it”, but since I have to do it again, at least I can be more rested than at the end of a ToS.

Where is your 95 mile ride and what’s the route like? I’ve done more than a few centuries and they can vary greatly depending on location and terrain.

Ride is from Marana to Mesa Arizona. Annual pre-Tour ride.

probably going to be in the low fourth degree range (below 10C) at the start. Might get to 90 (30) by the end. Was almost 40 today

I remember the second time I did the Solvang Century. We started out in a cold drizzle. Ended up in the low 90s, which was unseasonably warm for March.

Have a great time and enjoy the ride.

Thanks. We’ve been well above normal temperatures this year.

Yeah, so my brother has told me. He has a home in Scottsdale and a condo in Tucson.

60+ days of 40 plus were no fun and it brought the power network to its knees.
