Doing an old SUF plan (thankfully pretty much all the videos remain untouched and retain their classic nature).
Today, for the first time in 4 years, I did EoS….OMG I forgot what a brute of a workout that actually is. I felt terrible doing the drills and my heart rate was very elevated due to the toughness of the drills.
Are there any other SUF workouts that you’d forgotten how hard they are?
