Is there anyway to find out if its in the development plan ? I have a Varia Radar and would like it to be able control the whole unit , rather than just the Radar

I asked DC Rainmaker and he says no
This is so critical for tired Audax riders and Bikepackers. Remembering to turn it off to save battery on stops and then remembering to turn it back on again is a big ask when lacking sleep. Sometimes I’m too tired to even get off my bike.

It’s not pretty but I am nearly positive that it can be charged while using.

Sure, if you have a dynamo. But if you’re relying on a power bank, and riding for days, you definitely don’t want to stuff around with wasting power when you don’t need to.

Ahh yeah, riding for days is something else altogether. Never bike packed or ever wanted to.

And therin lies the problem. I don’t have the time to walk, only to ride. And also, my hip doesn’t like walking and fails after not many km
