Exporting sufferfest workouts to Garmin device

I think I remember someone else asking this question but I can’t find it. Does anyone know if you can download a sufferfest workout to a Garmin device for use outside?

Not directly. However, you could ride it indoors in ERG mode and export the result or dual record to get it on your device.

Hi,
on the website trainerday there are a few workouts in the database. you can download them in erg, zwo or mrc. Also you could export a full training plan to garmin
