I’m doing a lot of long rides in preparation for a multi-day tour, and the way I feel in the evening after being out all day makes me wish there were a longer, say, 30-45-minute, video for full-body relaxation and recovery. I’ve kind of worked out my own set of stretches, but I love how Abi sequences the moves so intelligently. I’d love to see something like this in a new video!

Relaxing to Recover is a nice relaxation meditation, but I’m thinking of a full-body stretch.
